Saitō Yoshitatsu

was a Japanese samurai during the Sengoku period.〔Papinot, Jacques Edmond Joseph. (1906). ''Dictionnaire d’histoire et de géographie du Japon''; Papinot, (2003). ; retrieved 2013-4-30.〕
Yoshiatsu was the son of Saitō Dōsan. In 1556, Dōsan was killed in battle against forces led by Yoshitatsu.〔Nussbaum, Louis-Frédéric. (2005). ("Saitō Dōsan" ) in ''Japan Encyclopedia'', p. 809.〕
The son of Yoshitatsu, Saitō Tatsuoki, was defeated by Oda Nobunaga in 1564; and the clan disappeared.〔
